Berlin, the capital city of Germany, is renowned for its exceptional range of landmarks, vibrant cultural scene and way of life that’s somehow all go yet relaxed.

In fact, the city is best known for its striking contrasts, perfect to create most stimulating and satisfying paintings.

Historical buildings stand alongside modern architecture as the past and present intermingle, I can envisage it would be hard to choose what to paint first!

Join me for 2 full days of painting and fun!

Workshop will be conducted in English.

We will meet every morning at a designated spot and walk to paint some of the best sights to be found nearby.

This will definitely be a couple of days of Intensive painting sessions, including demonstration, painting instruction and critique sessions.

Overview:

This is an exciting on site plein air workshop.

Alvaro’s ability to graphically explain problems and solutions as they arise during a demonstration, combined with his energetic, passionate and enthusiastic teaching style, will let you understand and learn a no-nonsense approach to watercolour painting.

Alvaro will remove the mystery from the creative process, and explain in detail design principals, together with all technical concepts needed to achieve a competent work of art.

You will be guided to create impacting paintings, full of depth and atmosphere, staying truthful to the source of inspiration.
